Air Notions engineers custom replacement units designed to drop into existing infrastructure without structural modifications. Whether a failing rooftop unit, an aging make-up air system, or a complex multizone assembly, we build purpose-designed replacements that match existing curb dimensions, duct connections, and performance requirements exactly.

Split and knockdown construction options allow delivery and assembly in locations where fully assembled units cannot be rigged — mechanical rooms, occupied buildings, and tight-access rooftops. Hot deck and cold deck multizone retrofits are available to restore full zone control without replacing distribution systems.

Custom BAS integration ties each replacement unit directly into existing building automation systems via BACnet IP/MSTP, Distech Eclypse DDC, and custom sequences of operation.

    Combustion products mix directly with the supply air — 100% of gas input enters the airstream. The 8% that is not transferred as useful heat exits as water vapour and CO₂, harmlessly diluted into the ventilation air.
